The activation of the machine is carried out automatically every time the sliding lid is closed and after entering the vegetables to be processed, this in order to avoid accidents with the plungers inside the working cavity.

For its operation, the machine requires a compressor with a minimum capacity of 120 pounds to power the pneumatic cylinders that cut the vegetables.

Electrical consumption is determined by the power of the compressor motor, which is suggested at 1hp with a double cylinder or head.
